Four Corners Aviation Acquires UltraAir

Four Corners Aviation recently acquired charter and aircraft management company UltraAir.

Based in Omaha, Nebraska, UltraAir operates a diverse fleet of aircraft, offering personalized travel solutions for customers.

“As we continue to grow all segments of our business, this acquisition helps us scale up our operation,” said Four Corners Aviation CEO, Brian Proctor.

“We have seen increased interest in all our product offerings, which include jet card solutions, aircraft management, and our innovative Freedom program.”

UltraAir was founded in 2002 with the commitment to provide professional and efficient air transportation tailored to customer needs.

For 20 years, the company has served customers through aircraft charter and management, as well as aircraft sales, while always conducting operations at the highest possible standards.

“This transaction will provide limitless opportunities for our employees and ensures that our customers will continue to receive A Flight Above the Rest for many years to come,” stated UltraAir CEO, Scott Robertson.

Over time, UltraAir will be operationally folded into Four Corners Aviation.

A corporate presence, including a fleet of aircraft, will continue to be maintained in Omaha.

“As a company, UltraAir embodies the same values we do,” added Proctor.

“We understand that customers are looking for solutions and that’s what we deliver. Our growth strategy is focused on customer service and building a customized solution for each client we serve.”
