Phillips 66 Aviation, one of the largest refiners in the United States and a major jet and avgas fuel supplier to general aviation, commercial and military aviation, presented a $23,460 check to Corporate Angel Network (CAN) during the 2025 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE).

This contribution marks 15 years of meaningful support, reflecting Phillips 66 Aviation’s ongoing commitment to helping CAN connect cancer patients with vital care through free flights on corporate aircraft.

This generous support perfectly complements CAN’s long-standing dedication to reducing the stress and hardship associated with cancer travel.

Celebrating 44 years this December, CAN provides hope to patients traveling for surgery, clinical trials, or a second opinion.

By transforming seats on corporate flights into access to care, CAN helps reduce the physical, emotional and financial stress that often comes with long-distance treatment.

To date, the organization has completed more than 70,000 patient flights and currently arranges approximately 150 flights per month.

As part of Phillips 66 Aviation’s annual sponsorship of the Corporate Angel Award, which honours corporations and flight departments demonstrating exceptional dedication to advancing CAN’s mission, this year’s award recipients included Drivania, The Walsh Group, Dow, and FlyHALO.

These organizations embody the spirit of generosity and service that fuel CAN’s lifesaving work and make an impact on the lives of patients and families.

Robert Stangarone, President & CEO, Corporate Angel Network said: “Corporate Angel Network is honored to receive the generous support of Phillips 66, whose commitment helps make our mission possible.

“We are equally proud to recognize The Walsh Group, Dow, FlyHALO, and Drivania with the Corporate Angel Award, and grateful to work alongside them as they continue to bring hope, comfort, and a critical lifeline to cancer patients and their families.”

Ronald Sanchez, General Manager, Aviation, Phillips 66 said: “We’re proud to once again stand alongside Corporate Angel Network and recognize the aviation professionals who help bring patients closer to care.

“For 15 years, our support of CAN has reflected the compassion and generosity at the heart of our industry, and the power of aviation to uplift lives when it’s needed most.”
