Paragon Aviation Group is proud to return as a dedicated corporate sponsor for the 19th Annual Aviation Education & Career Expo, taking place Friday, 7 November 2025, at Hagerstown Regional Airport (KHGR).

Hosted at Rider Jet Center, the event remains the largest aviation career expo in the Mid-Atlantic region, empowering the next generation of aviation professionals. 

Now in its 19th year, the Expo will welcome more than 1,000 students, educators and aviation industry leaders for an immersive day of hands-on experiences, career exploration and professional networking.

Over 60 organisations across commercial, military, corporate and government aviation will offer interactive exhibits, career resources and scholarship opportunities to help students chart their course in aviation and aerospace. 

To date, the event has awarded over $1.7mn in aviation scholarships, directly impacting the future of aspiring pilots, mechanics, air traffic controllers and other aviation professionals. 

This year’s Expo, themed ‘Dream it Today – Live it Tomorrow will feature a dynamic speaker line-up and live demonstrations designed to bring aviation careers to life: 

  • Micah “Snoop” Lenox – former US naval aviator and L39 jet demo pilot
  • US Army Golden Knights – The army’s elite parachute team
  • Taylor Warren – Potomac TRACON air traffic controller managing Class B airspace
  • Chef Young Park – founder of First Chime In-Flight Catering
  • Washington County Sheriff’s K9 Unit and South Mountain Aviation demos
  • Static displays by Maryland State Police, US Coast Guard and LifeNet 8-1 medevac

Paragon Aviation Group continues to champion aviation education as a core pillar of its mission, supporting initiatives that help develop a strong, skilled and inspired future workforce.
