Paragon Aviation Group has been announced as the recipient of the 2025 Paragon Awards during a ceremony at the Paragon booth at the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference 2025 in Cleveland, OH.
The awards recognise outstanding leadership, service, and innovation within the global Paragon Network.
Voting for the 2025 Paragon Awards opened in early December 2025 and concluded in February 2026, attracting a record number of submissions and votes from Paragon members and flight departments worldwide.
The strong participation reflects the industry’s engagement and enthusiasm for recognising excellence across the network.
The 2025 Paragon Awards recipients are:
Award of Excellence: Ysabella Tetley, Director of Client & Airport Services at Henriksen Jet Centre – Recognised for her leadership and significant contributions to strengthening the Paragon Network, Ysabella exemplifies collaboration and operational excellence.
FBO Member of the Year: Chantilly Air Jet Centre – An aviation services company offering an elite FBO destination in the Washington, DC market (KHEF), with unparalleled privacy and security.

Diamond Strategic Partner Award: AERO Specialities – A global provider of aircraft and airport ground support equipment (GSE) solutions. AERO is recognised for delivering high-quality, reliable equipment and exceptional service that supports Paragon members worldwide.
