Naples Jet Center, a premier independent Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) at Naples Airport (KAPF), has officially inaugurated its new terminal, marking a significant milestone in its three-year, $15 million development project.
In a grand opening event on Friday, the company introduced its state-of-the-art 13,000-square-foot, two-story terminal, designed to elevate the private aviation experience. The new facility includes:
- Pilot lounge
- Passenger lounge with a bar
- 12-seat conference room
- Concierge services
- Locker room with showers
- Tenant offices
- Wrap-around open-air observation deck and event space on the second floor
The modern terminal replaces the previous smaller facility, which was demolished to accommodate a new 31,000-square-foot hangar.
Once completed by mid-2025, the expanded infrastructure will provide over 150,000 square feet of aircraft storage, capable of housing the latest ultra-long-range business jets.
Bruce Byerly, owner and president of Naples Jet Center, emphasized the company’s commitment to excellence: “This is more than a facility upgrade; it’s our commitment to providing exceptional service, unmatched amenities, a one-stop shop for all your aviation needs, and a world-class experience for our customers and guests.
“We are excited to set a new standard for VIP aviation experiences in Naples and beyond.”
With this expansion, Naples Jet Center aims to reinforce its reputation as a top-tier FBO, catering to the growing demand for luxury private aviation services in Southwest Florida.
