The British Business General Aviation Association (BBGA) has awarded Hugo Robotti-Guinamand with its 2025 Excellence in Aviation – Next Generation award.

This category recognises the achievements of outstanding next-gen professionals who have made a significant impact in their business aviation role.

Mr Robotti-Guinamand accepted the accolade from Aoife O’Sullivan, BBGA Chair and Partner, Keystone Law, at BBGA’s 2025 Christmas Networking Event.

He is currently a Group Charter Executive at Victor, a global jet charter marketplace.

Joining Victor in 2022 as Commercial Jet Associate, he progressed to Group Charter Senior Associate in 2024 and then Group Charter Executive in July.

He has managed some of Victor’s most complex charter projects, including logistics for Olympic sports teams, international orchestras and leading sports organisations including Roma and the Norway Football Federation.

A keen advocate for aviation sustainability, he consistently champions Victor’s Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) offering, educating clients that each purchase can reduce lifecycle carbon emissions by up to 80% compared to fossil jet fuel.

Promoting careers in aviation is a key focus of BBGA, most notably through its #BizavEnables social media campaign, its membership of CLIMBING.FAST, its collaboration with Stansted Airport College and its support of the Aviation Skills Recruitment Platform (ASRP) and TalentView Aviation (TVA).

“One of the industry’s most promising young talents”

Toby Edwards, Co-CEO of Fly Victor, said: “Since joining Victor, Hugo has stood out, not only for his results but for his mindset – one defined by energy, curiosity, and a belief that aviation can and should operate with greater purpose and transparency.”

“At just 26 years old, Hugo continues to show composure and maturity beyond his years when managing some of Victor’s most complex charter missions, with clients valuing his consistently high standards of service.

“His professionalism, ambition, and leadership mark him out as one of the industry’s most promising young talents and we are delighted to see him recognised as a true representative of aviation’s next generation.”
