Go Rentals has been certified under the National Air Transportation Association’s (NATA) Safety 1st programme.
The NATA certification, widely recognised in the business aviation industry, ensures Go Rentals’ safety procedures align with the standards followed by organisations such as FBOs and charter operators. It is the first luxury car rental service to be certified under the programme.
Kaye Gitibin, CEO at Go Rentals said: “Safety and service have always been at the core of Go Rentals.
“Our certification under NATA’s Safety 1st programme is more than just a milestone — it’s a clear demonstration of our dedication to aligning with the highest industry standards. We’re honoured to be recognised by such a respected aviation organisation.”
NATA’s Safety 1st Training Center offers 15 certifications ranging from basic apron safety to aircraft oxygen servicing to human factors. All certifications require retraining every two years.
The Basic Apron Safety and Security Certification is completed by all programme users. It is mandatory and forms the basis for all training within the centre.
Curt Castagna, NATA president and CEO said: “NATA congratulates Go Rentals on becoming the first rental car company to achieve NATA’s Safety 1st certification.
“This achievement not only affirms Go Rentals’ internal commitment to safety and service but also reflects our shared vision to elevate these values across all aspects of aviation business operations.
“By adhering to the same rigorous Safety 1st standards upheld by FBOs and operators, Go Rentals demonstrates a dedication to continuous safety improvement that is valued industry wide.”
