Baines Simmons wins Feefo Trusted Service Award for fourth consecutive year

Leading aviation safety specialist Baines Simmons, part of the Services Division of global aviation services group, Air Partner, a Wheels Up company, has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award four years in a row.

The Trusted Service award recognises businesses that consistently deliver excellent customer experiences as rated by customers.

The Platinum Trusted Service award is the highest level of honour from Feefo, requiring businesses to hold their Gold standard for three years before being awarded Platinum.

Feefo accreditation remains unique as it is based on verified reviews from customers, providing real insight into businesses’ customer service performance.

In order to achieve Gold standard, companies must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st, 2021, and December 31st, 2022, and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5.
