Two leading private jet charter firms, Airavat and Fly Sirius, have officially rebranded under a new unified identity: Transworld Jets.
The move brings the aviation arms of Transworld Group into alignment with the parent company’s global operations in logistics, shipping, and supply chain management.
The rebranding marks a significant milestone in the group’s growth strategy and is designed to create stronger brand cohesion across its international markets.
Ramesh S. Ramakrishnan, chairman of Transworld Group, described the move as more than a cosmetic change. “The transition of Airavat and Fly Sirius to Transworld Jets is a strategic brand evolution that reflects our collective vision to accelerate global trade, foster sustainable growth, and serve the aviation sector worldwide under the Transworld Group umbrella,” he said.
With operational hubs in Dubai and New Delhi, Transworld Jets will focus on deepening its presence across the UAE, wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, and India.
According to the company, the new identity is expected to boost its international visibility, unlock synergies within the group, and spur innovation across its aviation services.
The rebranding is seen as part of Transworld Group’s broader ambition to integrate its global offerings and position itself as a major player in the aviation and logistics industries.
