GSE Buyers' Conference 2012

Exhibition space is available, 2metres wide, table & two chairs, located in a high-traffic area of the conference with electric sockets and internet connections.

Space has been reserved for a small number of exhibition stands in the foyer outside the conference room and the buffet dining area leading to the foyer.

Two exhibitor passes, all coffee breaks, lunch and evening reception included – €3,800

Delegate registration fee €1,400 includes two nights hotel accommodation

One night accommodation €1,200

Participation in the conference includes lunches, coffee breaks, evening networking party, conferences papers which will be available at the event.

• Delegate bags, in conjunction with the sponsor and printed with the sponsor’s logo, made available to all delegates and speakers at the conference

• To be chosen in conjunction with sponsor and printed with the sponsor’s logo, given to all delegates and speakers.

Bottled water – Sponsored by TCR International

• Logo printed around the bottles which will be placed in the conference room throughout the conference.

All five refreshment breaks during the conference

• Tea, coffee and light snacks served to all delegates, speakers and exhibitors. During the refreshment break itself, the sponsor’s logo will be displayed throughout the refreshment area and the sponsor will be thanked publicly for their kind contribution.  €5,500

Lunch Day 1 & 2 – Sponsored by Denge

• Private lunch chosen from menus offered by the conference hotel served to all delegates, speakers and exhibitors.

• During lunch itself, the sponsor’s logo will be displayed throughout the dining room and the sponsor will be thanked publicly for their kind contribution. There may be the opportunity to make a short presentation if so desired.
