Pete Speck

Pete Speck is Vice President of Corporate Supply & GSE Maintenance Management at Swissport Group  Services LLC  and  Swissport  International Ltd with  strategic overall  responsibility  for all external purchasing spends of the groupThis also includes all aspects of GSE procurement (entire life cycle – from cradle to grave). He is based in Zug and Zurich Airport (both Switzerland).

Prior to his current position, he served as the Head of Fleet Management & Supply Chain Integration for Swissport International and as Director of Purchasing & Fleet Management Americas based in Washington DC for several years.

He can draw from 21 years of experience in various capacities within the aviation sector. Before he joined Swissport in 2003, these included positions as a partner in a consulting firm and managerial and executive level functions at Fairchild-Dornier, SR Technics and Swissair. Raised  in Zurich, Switzerland, Pete now  lives with his wife and daughter  in the southernmost part of Switzerland Ticino.
