Air Cargo Handling Conference 2011 Review
Following on from the hugely successful 2010 event, the theme for the 2011 Air Cargo Handling Conference concentrated on implementing the lessons learned from recession and being able to influence the future.
Over 160 industry professionals attended the 2010 Air Cargo Handling Conference and over 90% rated the event as “excellent” in terms of both content and networking. Freight forwarders, airline cargo handling agents and suppliers were invited to participate and to have a voice on how to move the cargo logistics chain forward and create better working practices with their partners to mix with industry professionals from around the globe to exchange views, make contacts and do business!
This conference was all about passing on the baton of success which means truly understanding each party’s perspective and working to improve the cargo logistics chain.

John Batten (BJ) is one of the Cargo industry’s most charismatic and dynamic figures. He has been involved in the industry for over 35 years of which 25 were spent with TNT, a leading European Express Operator in a number of senior roles.
