FlightSafety International and Azul Brazilian Airlines sign for an ATR 72-600 FFS

Airline Ground ServicesFlightSafety International has signed an agreement with Azul Brazilian Airlines for an ATR 72 -600 full flight simulator. The new ATR 72-600 simulator is expected to receive Level D qualification from the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil following its installation in 2013.
The ATR 72-600 simulator will be equipped with FlightSafety’s industry leading electric motion and control loading system that offers the highest level of aircraft fidelity, enhanced performance, increased availability and lower life cycle costs compared to previous generation devices. It will also feature FlightSafety’s advanced VITAL X visual system that provides 200 x 40 degree Field-of-View, features continuous, global satellite, high-resolution imagery, supports hundreds of six Degree of Freedom fully articulated moving models and is capable of presenting a wide variety of environmental conditions.
