EMRISE Corporation Announces Date For Release Of 2012 Second Quarter And Six-month Results And Conference Call

Airside InternationalEMRISE CORPORATION, a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic devices and communications equipment, announced today that it plans to release its financial results for its second quarter and first six months ended June 30, 2012, on Tuesday, August 14, 2012, before the market opens and plans to host a conference call at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time that same day.
Chairman and CEO Carmine T. Oliva, President and COO Graham Jefferies, and Director of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer Tim Blades will conduct the call. Oliva will provide an overview of the progress made by the Company in the 2012 second quarter and first six months and also comment on the outlook for third quarter of 2012 and for the full year. Blades will provide details and commentary about the financial results for the 2012 second quarter and first six months, and Jefferies will provide an overview of the Company's operational accomplishments. Oliva will then conclude the prepared remarks by providing an update on the progress being made on a number of the Company's key strategic initiatives.
